About this course

Learning Total Quality Management (TQA) allows you to address your customer’s needs, and meet their expectations, to earn their satisfaction. This course will discuss the different quality concepts together with the basic total quality management principles. In addition, this course will discuss the various quality management systems, quality management tools, and quality control tools. Finally, it will explain the ways to ensure the proper application of quality, and the economic feasibility of applying it - thus giving a complete understanding of total quality management.
