Dr. Abdulrahman Debis

With over three decades of experience spanning finance, management, operations, and training, currently Dr. Abdulrahman serves as the Corporate Learning and Development Director at Magrabi Hospitals & Centers Group across KSA, the Gulf, and Egypt. Throughout his career, he has facilitated over 100 training sessions and workshops, catering to employees at every level within the organization, from frontline staff to executives. His expertise covers a wide array of topics essential for organizational growth and employee development. These include customer (patient) care, advanced management skills, leadership and delegation, time management, stress management, creative problem-solving techniques, negotiation skills, effective teamwork, finance for non-finance managers, change management, and utilizing key performance indicators (KPIs) to improve performance.
