Michael is a Doctor, Urban Sketcher and Landscape Painter. During his travels, he had an eye to explore a city’s culture through its scenery, withholding stories, which he likes to mesmerize deeply through his sketches, adding his artistic impressions to the scene in a blend of the past and the present. Lately, His gaze was shifted to Egyptian landmarks and started his creative journey “Al Mahrousa” to explore Egypt’s beauty through sketching, while telling the stories behind every place, calling out wanderers to join his sketching journeys and create a community revolving around art and culture, unraveling stories within. Since then, Michael has been collaborating with various prestigious entities to materialize urban sketching as a language to translate cultural beauty and heritage, and most importantly, to tell stories!
