Mohanad Dawood

Mohanad started doing science experiments for children asking and discussing the scientific explanation. Mohanad met Steve Spangler “the most popular science teacher in the U.S”. Over 3 years Mohanad has obtained 3 certificates in simplifying science from Spangler. Mohanad started to present comical science shows for children and organized and attended many workshops to make children love science. He organized training courses for teachers to transfer passion and inspiration to more than 500 teachers. He presented a talk titled “It Is Not About the Steps” at TEDx Smouha for all the people interested in teaching science. Mohanad launched the “Science Box” which changed the teaching method in Egypt by converting the science curriculum to hands-on experiments, solving major problems, and helping parents continue the learning process during the COVID-19 pandemic.
