Azzan Lootah

Azzan is an international, dedicated facilitator and speaker with impact spanning five different countries and in fields as diverse as Health, Hospitality, and Center of Government organizations, and passionate about delivering impact for C-suite level leaders, to teams and all the way to the teens he trains in his self-launched summer program. From his vast experience, he created “Qaada Program” which is dedicated to uplifting the leadership skills and knowledge of employees and managers as well. Azzan has 25 years of experience between government, semi-government and private sectors, including 13 years in the field of human development and four and a half years at the Prime-Minister’s office (UAE) Azzan is a certified facilitator by Aberkyn (a McKinsey & Co company) and is trained as a coach under CTI and ORSC. He is a holder of dual MBAs from London Business School and Columbia University. He also holds a Certified Knowledge Manager certificate from the KM Institute.
