Dr. Youssef Zeidan

Youssef Mohammad Ahmad Ziedan is an Egyptian university professor, author, and philosopher specialized in Arabic manuscript heritage and sciences. He has authored many works and scientific research articles in Islamic ideology, Sufism, and the history of Arab medicine. He publishes articles and columns in a variety of Arabic newspapers, as well as contributing in several published literature work. He was also the director of the Manuscript Centre in Bibliotheca Alexandrina.
